Lecture at Herzog: "I used to be an Antisemite"

Lecture at Herzog: "I used to be an Antisemite"
The Chabads of Camarillo, Oxnard and Ventura invite you to join us for an evening with Frank Meeink "I used to be an Antisemite" - A personal tale of struggle with hatred and the power of love and inclusion. An evening that is sure to change hearts and open minds!
Frank Meeink grew up in South Phillie where by age 13 he joined a Skin-Head gang. Five years later he was a Neo-Nazi recruiter and had his TV show, “The Reich”. He was eventually arrested and convicted of kidnapping a rival gang member. A series of events during his sentence and the years that followed led Frank. to reconsider his beliefs and turn inward, reflecting and correcting his own character flaws. After a long and arduous struggle he made an about-face toward a life of love and inclusion. Now a noted author and lecturer, Frank’s life stands for tolerance, diversity and understanding in all aspects of society. Frank has a powerful message as to what we can do to combat hate in the real world.
